The service

Steward Home OS is a subscription service that provides a private household workspace for planning, budgeting, meals, chores, schedules, and family coordination. Steward is a planning and record-keeping tool: it does not move money, provide financial advice, or replace parental judgment.

Your account and household

You are responsible for your account credentials and for who you invite into your household. The household owner controls member roles and children's access. You must be an adult to create an account; children use Steward only through parent-created, parent-controlled spaces.

Subscription terms

Plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider; Steward never stores your card details. Trials, when offered, convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you before access changes. Prices may change with advance notice — never mid-cycle.

Cancellation and data

Cancel from your account or by emailing support@stewardhomeos.com. After cancellation your household data remains exportable for a reasonable wind-down period before deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Steward is for managing your own household. Do not attempt to access other households, probe or disrupt the service, use Steward for unlawful purposes, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that endanger other families' data or the service itself.

AI learning tools disclosure

Steward's learning features (such as adventure games and homework support) are built from material your family provides. They are practice and coaching tools: they do not complete assignments for children, do not make educational or medical assessments, and can make mistakes — a parent remains the teacher of record. Features still in development are labeled as such in the product.

Warranties and liability

Steward is provided "as is." We work hard to be dependable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim, to the extent permitted by law.
